I mean I still want more am sick of the same maps and I always get USA v Germany I hardly ever get the Soviets and I think I have only played one game as the British and don't get me started on the sniper role I can never play it either someoned already sniper or it's locked or I get kicked

The game is on 50% right now, and the devs are releasing A LOT of content and LISTEN the community. They also working they ass off to improve the game and guess what, they do not release any paid DLC. You buy the game in that is it!! all content is for you to enjoy!!!

For them to keep supporting and improving this game, they need to make money. I'll buy every DLC assuming they never ruin the game.

Just keep mind that the devs need the Money to maintain und Develop the Game further. In know ITS a big price but you dont need to buy cosmetic items ! You can play as much as you want when you have the original Titel. ❤

I like the whole idea of getting to play as certain divisions and stuff, for example I would love to play as the 101st airborne. But it shouldn’t be behind a pay wall. And at least make all the cosmetics available for other maps. Not to mention the new customization glitch that rests your character after like every game. I just don’t want this game to end up like a cod or bf clone.

I play the game for almost a year on ps5. Is there really no other class wich is playable for me instead of rifleman?? Automaticrifle sucks in a game where u shoot mostly at range

Totally agree with you TFBG-- this is just a pure money grab and just enables them to say they've done *something* and introduced *new* things to the game. All T17 care about are maxing player numbers and the one-time purchases of the game and associated DLC's, this way they can get some bulk money in without having to do anything to properly improve the game or introduce content which will cost them $$$ to make. The one person who actually wanted to give the community a say was WombatMedic and of course she was pushed out by money hungry corporate fiends who couldn't care less about the actual players. It's crazy that PS/SQ44 got such a huge update with a 300-400 player count and HLL's last (true) update was 2+ years ago, it really shows the difference between a community driven team and a money hungry corporate one.

If this is the direction they plan to go with the game the future of HLL is looking grim regardless of whether dlc is purchased or not. The way I see it 1 of 2 things is going to happen. The dlc sells and the devs are happy little capitalists and they continue down the micro transaction route eventually selling things like OPed stg44s with red dots and silencers or the dlc doesn't sell and all of the sudden the game is abandoned. HLL has one of the highest and most dedicated player bases in my opinion because the original devs listened. Hey Team 17 this community doesn't want a p2w game filled with pretty cosmetics, super powers, and laser guns. 😉

What would be nice is to release some cosmetics that are across the maps but it needs to be labeled as fund raising to keep HLL progressing but still even with $13 that's expensive

I like what Team17 is doing on trying to make the cosmetics/loadouts more historically accurate. However; I think that should only be applied to base game free cosmetics only. If somebody has paid $12 for a uniform, don’t let them wait 3 games to actually wear it.

There is no point in a cosmetic you can't even see yourself unless you're in the character selection screen. lol Stupid cosmetic bs

“Historical accuracy” they argue, saying that’s why the skins can’t be used on any map. Yet you can wear snow uniforms on any map and use weapons like the FG-42 as regular infantry when only Fallschimjaeger used them.

I used to LOVE leveling up to get new helmets and uniforms. Gave me a sense of progression and goals to go for. Team17 is killing HLL with the paid dlc and the lack of real content drops

I mean.. I gotta be honest here, I'm not sure why there's anyone upset about it. It's an optional cosmetic DLC that while limited in its use, is just that, optional. Could it be cheaper? I mean sure,. Is it annoying that you don't get to see the cool optional skin you bought everywhere? possibly. But at the end of the day it's just a way for the developer to make some extra money to fund more development of the game considering it's not using a season pass marketing strategy. and I mean, maybe an unpopular opinion among anyone without a full time job or income, but I spend more than 11 bucks on a random lunch anytime I decide to grab something to snack on at the store, so to put 11 into a game I have over 1k hours in because I felt like it doesn't really get me all hot and bothered like this video seems to make me feel like I should be. Just an opinion though, I still respect yours

I have no issues with them releasing paid cosmetic DLC - at least the core content is free. Whether or not it's good value is up to you. I'd say this is Terrible value but each to their own

I play the game and I gave my money for it. I never buy cosmetics and fuck all that "support the devs by getting your wallet fucked" bullshit. If its worth it, I rarely buy it, if it's not, they can GFT (capitals).

Will it go squelch instead of the glorious ding for a head shot? If other people pay 11 bucks for me to hear that, it might be worth it:))

I don't care about skins... I care about funding the devs to keep working on my favourite game.... I've deliberately avoided buying skins on discount for this reason... For me... its basically a donation button.. The skins themselves mean basically nothing to me other than minor camouflage advantages....

all content creators for the game should be addressing the known issues thank you! they need to step back and course correct AGAIN there is so many things that need to fixed i cant even get started

It's unfortunate that you can't give a thumbs down to stuff you haven't paid for in Steam. Otherwise I would have done it at this point.

I'm happy to pay... but to only see it on one map accuracy aside is a bit of bs, ESPECIALLY when we still have audio bugs etc that are as old as the game itself.

Not a fan of that map already.

I really hope other milsim games such as Squad 44 will be able to compete with hell let loose in a close future so developers will understand the shitty path they're taking with this game

In the steam notes they done said they are doing more map specific content and DLC’s Direct Quote from their steam: “This Paid DLC is only available for use on Mortain. Operation Lüttich Units are not an option for any other maps. This is to ensure that maps have period-accurate themed DLC attached to them. The same will apply to themed DLC for Elsenborne Ridge and future maps in 2025.” I feel like T17 is moving further and further away from the vision of the original BM DEVs, when I watched RBs Podcast a few months back I was relieved to know one of the DEVs knows WW2 Weapons, and excited to hear some of the “good” changes they was going to implement….. this is not a good change or direction for this wonderful game, I hope they take the feed back and get back on the correct track and back to the original content they released on the roadmaps and on the 2024 Player Wishlist…. Thanks for the great video Fresh baked, hopefully it reaches everyone, and helps change the direction T17 is heading….

Just make map specific units and their appearances. It’s not that complicated.
